In unserem Fall hatte im Landkreis Bamberg in St\u00fcbig bei Sche\u00dflitz gerade noch in der Frist Kenntnis erlangt, da\u00df es uns von Hand in Hand – Alltagshilfe – Zweigstelle Memmelsdorf \u00fcberhaupt gibt.
Um die Frist zu waren, war es kurzfristig m\u00f6glich noch am gleichen Tag einen Termin zu vereinbaren. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Allerdings steht dies dann krass zu den theoretischen Anforderungen an unabh\u00e4ngige Pflegeberatungsstellen nach \u00a737.3 SGB XI . Eigentlich sollten ja kleinere durch Pflegest\u00fctzpunkte unterst\u00fctzt werden. Wie unabh\u00e4ngig kann ein gr\u00f6\u00dferer Pflege-Dienstleister \u00fcberhaupt sein?
Durch einen Eintrag in einer Liste von der Krankenkasse ist dann die Tochter der Klientin auf uns aufmerksam geworden. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ich nehme an, dass dies damit zusammenh\u00e4ngt, dass alles bei Pflegest\u00fctzpunkten in St\u00e4dten, in der Regel f\u00fcr Stadt- und Lankreis zusammenlaufen soll. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nur sind diese f\u00fcr Senioren, die schlechter zu Fu\u00df sind schon kaum zu erreichen, wenn kein Angeh\u00f6riger fahren kann. Bus zum Beispiel im weiteren Landkreis Bamberg kann man vielerorts vergessen.
Und richtige Technikfreaks die mit Videocalls hantieren k\u00f6nnen, sind viele der Senioren immer noch nicht.
Klar wenn vereinbart, w\u00fcrde auch einer der beratenden Personen hinfahren.
2 Pflegeberaterinnen auf Teilzeit, nur vormittags?
Reicht das um den Bedarf einer Stadt und des Landkreises zu decken?
Unsere Erfahrung: Nein.

Man hat nicht mal alle Dienstleister im Blick, auch wenn dieser in den D\u00f6rfern oder in der Stadt einen Standort haben. Das ist traurig. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wir schauen, dass wir Pflegebed\u00fcrftige und deren angeh\u00f6rige dahin vermitteln k\u00f6nnen wo Ihnen tendenziell direkt geholfen werden kann. Aber die Ressourcen sind begrenzt. Als Dienstleister k\u00f6nnen wir nur Alltagshilfe und Pflegeberatung nach \u00a737.3 SGB XI anrechnen. Rumtelefonieren und organisieren von nicht abrechenbarem nicht mitgerechnet.
